FWIW, there is no possible way a Cessna Citation could even approach the
sound barrier. This video shows it moving at approx 385 knots, a little
more than half of what would even be needed to approach that speed.

What would break the sound barrier is jets scrambling to intercept a flight
entering the restricted airspace around DC, which I’m speculating we might
have heard.
