[Lincolnparkdc] Renaissance Development?

We used Renaissance to tuckpoint our house a few years ago.  As far as I
can tell the work quality was good.  The issue we had though was that they
left a mess of mortar dust in the alley, which washed into the curb to
create a 50ft long mess of thick grey dust and goop in the gutter that was
getting all over people's cars.  Renaissance was supposed to come back and
clean it up but once I paid my final invoice they literally stopped
returning my calls.  So I had to clean it up myself.

So kind of a mixed experience.
