[Lincolnparkdc] Carjacking around 1230 Independence Ave (our garage entrance for 159 Kentucky) 2130 Tuesday

This must have been so terrifying! I am so sorry to see this and please let
us k ow when they are caught. This is crazy. I’m glad that Jessica is Ok
and that the car is OK. Intolerable.
