With all due respect, I think the person you should be angry at is the criminal who stole your package, not the delivery worker who is working a notoriously grueling schedule without even bathroom breaks and trying to get us all our packages in a timely way.
I don’t know if I discovered a setting somewhere, but I get alerts on my phone instantly when the Amazon driver delivers a package - I get an email AND a push alert in the Amazon app. You might consider setting that up if you haven’t already.

Without the help of a the delivery people, this very frustrating situation in DC will not be prevented. _______________________________________________
