[Lincolnparkdc] free library defacement

someone replied "These stickers, sometimes called ?slaps,? are a form of
free art?a gift
from an aspiring artist. Maybe provide an alternate sacrificial surface."

The person posting said the stickers were priority mail stickers. This is
not art, just plain old vandalism. There's no creativity here, just being
an a$$.
