[Lincolnparkdc] Yard Waste Pick Up

Does anyone know why the 311 yard waste pick up would take a month? We scheduled a pick up for 8 bags this morning and were given 12 January date. Seems ridiculous for the city to expect residents to store yard waste for a month, even when expected resolution advertised is 14 days (which is also high).
