Peter, Agreed on Bernie and happy to hear from you. Old times on all of us. I hope all  is well for you all. I’m well in the oct… and doing pretty well and staying so far down at RB but considering alternatives because its clean that both of my daughters are to be in the west for the future. Sorin divorced and near to Boulder, and Summer married and near Jackson, Wy in ID. Both see and husband successful and doing remote businesses that seem weird for me but really works. The opposite of our lives on government were the total the different about remote life. Best, Guy
