[Lincolnparkdc] Seen Late Wednesday Night

Looks like a Barred Owl to me.

I'd love for more of these birds and hawks to take up residence in DC. Not
only are they beautiful, they are beneficial because they eat mice, rodents
and squirrels which are plentiful.
