[Lincolnparkdc] Dehumidifier in rental basement

+1 to the mini split heat pump option.  It will both heat and cool and, if
properly sized, it will dehumidify the air in the process.

If you decide to go with a dehumidifier, which is substantially cheaper,
they do sell versions with internal pumps that will empty the
water collection chamber once it is full, but you would need to have it
near a drain that it could empty the water into.
