[Lincolnparkdc] Pepco Work continues

I talked to a Pepco guy today who said they are working their way down the
street and we can now park on both sides of the north side of Kentucky .
Just park before the signs start.He actually walked me up the street and
pointed out where the signs start. So I believe him that the top third of
the street on both sides is fair game.
