[Lincolnparkdc] Reseeding in Lincoln Park

It's such a lovely park, but ends up a dirt pit by mid July.  It would be wonderful to maintain the grass in the park!! It sure would cut down on dust when it's dry and mud when it rains.

NPS asked that I send this out to neighbors and kindly ask that people start using Kingman Dog park and other local dog parks for unleashed dogs. I have been taking with the park service about reseeding and regrading other areas of the park to prevent the playground from becoming filled with dirt and they seemed receptive but are needing the help of residents in doing their part to preserve the grass that is there.
