[Lincolnparkdc] Heritage elm at 161 Kentucky

Regardless of what you personally thought of the tree when you lived here,
the tree is an old elm, and not to be cut down because it's a nuisance or
objectionable to you personally. I'd hate to see what our city would look
like if anyone could cut down a tree because they thought it was ugly or a
problem to them. I'll leave it to the professional arborists to determine
the health and whether it needs to be removed or not.
