[Lincolnparkdc] Heritage elm at 161 Kentucky

I have no idea who cut it down, but I used to live in That house.  That tree was the worst weed ever and could hardly be called a tree.  It was like a trunk with suckers growing out everywhere - from every branch, trunk and from roots.  It was no loss.
