[Lincolnparkdc] Heritage elm at 161 Kentucky

Good morning neighbors- 

Does anyone know who cut down this old elm tree at the corner of Indy and Kentucky in front of 161 Kentucky? according to the DC tree inventory it was a very old tree planted in 1969, but during an inspection in March 2021 by the ward 6 urban forester, showed no disease or issues that would have prompted it being cut down.
