[Lincolnparkdc] anyone know what happened (why the police cars) at KY and Independence this afternoon around 6?

Could it have anything to do with the house fire in the 200 block of 13th St. this afternoon around 4 or 4:30 pm?  13th intersects KY and Indy right about there.
