[Lincolnparkdc] 100 block Kentucky construction

and on this subject, we moved our car yesterday to a place where there
wasn't a sign, and still got a ticket. When my husband asked the
construction manager about it he said the signs have been up for a week,
but people pulled them down. So even if you think it's an okay place, it
might not be!
