Hi Diana, I suggest calling otr.

I recently filed for the senior citizen property tax reduction, which was
surprisingly straight forward online.

I needed to get otr help on one thing, called and got a very friendly and
knowledgeable person who got everything sorted for me.

I hope you have an easy experience, too.
