[Lincolnparkdc] Proposed New DC Circulator Bus Route on East CapitoL

The ones on Ohio Drive are also very good -- sturdy and closed completely
to prevent rodents, etc. They're *like* this one pictured. On that note, is
a recycling can a bridge too far? Seeing everything a jumble in the NPS
cans is gutting.

Must say, it's nice to see the community come together to make sure our
streets stay clean, 100% support more trash cans and, to get back to the
original thread, improved public transportation services. Lost track of who
had the good idea to simply add a shingle to the current bus stop, but that
seems like a very efficient solution.
