[Lincolnparkdc] Pest control recommendations?

Hi neighbors! 

I seem to remember a discussion thread recently talking about lukewarm or worse reviews of American Pest. 

We have had annual contracts with them and I just got a letter that they are increasing their rates by 9%… 

So I’m looking for recommendations if anyone is thrilled with their pest control company. We had switched some years ago from Orkin to American pest. So unless you love your current orkin technician, I’m seeking an alternative.

Thanks! I understand I may be asking a lot by requesting passion for pest control technicians, but I’m asking anyway.
