[Lincolnparkdc] Proposed New DC Circulator Bus Route on East CapitoL

There is already a metrobus line that runs down Mass Ave, but Metro discontinued the metrobus that used to run down east capitol back in 2020.  If this happens if would be HUGE for my kids getting to and from school.

For the new bus route, in addition to the Lincoln Park stops I also suggested that they follow Massachusetts Ave to Union Station.  Their current proposed route is needlessly circuitous and would take the bus through several congested blocks and intersections along 2nd St. and along D St. as it snakes its way to the far side of Union Station.
