[Lincolnparkdc] Carjacking 200 block of Kentucky

[Sandra Moscoso-Mills]

White sedan type of car. Walk the west side of the 200 block of Kentucky around 7:30pm for lighting. I think it was opportunistic, as the victim had just parked. Everything else I recall is in my original post. Hope this helps and stay safe.
