[Lincolnparkdc] Real Property Tax payments

Also - if you go to the Real Property Data Base (
https://mytax.dc.gov/_/?Link=PropertySearch) and search for your property
(either by Lot-Square or by address), you get to a web page with
"Property Detail" and there is a "Make Payment" link on the upper right
corner of the web page.
