Hello, 

We had issues with dragging/excess cables a couple years ago and worked with the DC Office of Cable Television, Film, Music & Entertainment to get them dealt with. They were very responsive and coordinated with Comcast, Verizon, etc., to have their crews come out and handle several neighbor’s issues at the same time.
