[Lincolnparkdc] ISO of Housekeeper

I would like to hire a housekeeper for my small Capitol Hill townhouse
(across the street from Eastern Market) which consists of LR, DR, Kitchen,
BR, Den and 2 BAs (one is almost never used).

I’m hoping to find someone who works alone, is industrious, pays attention
to detail, communicates in English and, hopefully, has references from a
couple people she works for. I have a problem with understanding Spanish,
although would be happy to learn.
