[Lincolnparkdc] Visitor Parking passes question

After a while speaking to various folks and starting to register on
https://ddot.myparkinginfo.com (and finding that my address is NOT on the
RPP list - but it's being added tomorrow, I was promised), I did find out
that the 2020 permanent visitor parking permit which I have is indeed valid
until the end of December.

But what a trial getting through the system!
