[Lincolnparkdc] Visitor Parking passes question

While you are supposed to use the new system, the old passes keep getting extended.  According to https://www.parkdc.com/ (which I reached through https://ddot.dc.gov/):

The 2020 Annual Visitor Parking Passes are valid through December 31, 2022. Residents are encouraged to sign up for ParkDC Permits<https://ddot.myparkinginfo.com/cws/> and access their new digital Visitor Parking Permit. If you no longer have access to your 2020 Annual Visitor Parking Pass, you can contact (202) 671-2631<tel:+1-202-671-2631> to request a single print permit option, valid through December 31, 2022, available for customers of the previous VPP program.

Various other places (including Marci Hilt’s EMMCA Matters weekly newsletter) have said that the passes were good to Nov 25, but apparently they were extended again).

The new parking permit site is great once you figure it out, but it is NOT easy to learn and pretty counterintuitive.  But if you call the tech support number you usually reach a real person immediately who is competent and able to assist.  Because some people don’t have printers, you can print your parking pass at any police station or library.

The last one I received was in 2020, and I'm guessing that it is still valid due to Covid; does anyone know for sure?
