I've used Five Star Firewood for years and have been very happy with the
quality of wood, delivery rate and stacking, and quantity of wood. I
usually order 1/2-3/4 cords. They deliver to Capitol Hill for a small fee.

Here is their website:

About: http://www.fivestarfirewood.com/Residential-kiln-dried-firewood.html

Order directly:
https://five-star-firewood-and-mulch.myshopify.com/collections/five-star-premium-firewood-stacking-service/products/premium-firewood-stacking-service

I'd recommend emailing them directly: fivestarfirewood at gmail.com
