[Lincolnparkdc] Break down/rebuild/reupholster - King Size headboard

Hello, all.
I have a king size, tall, tufted, fully upholstered headboard that won't make it up the stairs. I need someone who can remove the upholstery break down the headboard (hopefully with one cut) to get it up the stairs, reassemble and reinforce it, and reattach the upholstery. Has anyone done something like this? I'd appreciate any  ideas or recommendations for a company or upholsterer who might be able to do this ON-SITE? Thanks in advance!
