[Lincolnparkdc] Mosquito Spray Service Recommendations

We use Capitol Mosquito Control. It helps if several neighbors in a row do
it, so you can get a better effect, but we used it for years on our own.
They have three types. This year, we are doing the garlic, smelly but
effective.
