[Lincolnparkdc] Used Syringe at Poopy Park

I was walking the dogs tonight and did a quick stop at Poopy park, where I found a used syringe. There was something in it, and the cap was on. I didn’t see any others, and haven’t heard of other instances. Just wanted parents to be aware since all our kids play there.
