[Lincolnparkdc] spray pump to borrow or spigot in the alley between 13th and Kentucky?

Hi All

We were told we need to clean our A/C unit. It's in the backyard. We do not
have a spigot. Does anyone who lives on the East end of Mass or the North
end of 13th have a spigot in the backyard we could use? Or if someone has a
spray pump we could borrow and fill that would work too.
