[Lincolnparkdc] Noise level coming from RFK concert

If it were a clear night you wouldn’t even know it’s happening. People in
far NW heard it last weekend, and probably tonight too. Loudon County is a
great place for people for whom a concert a mile away under bad coincidence
cloud cover is too much.
