[Lincolnparkdc] Historical Article about our Neighborhood

Liz - i found out so much on the LOC site -- not just by entering my
address, but neighboring addresses, Lincoln Park, etc.
It took some time, but it was worth it.
I know the project will be adding more newspapers in the coming years.
