[Lincolnparkdc] Historical Article about our Neighborhood

Hah! This thread isn’t going anywhere!
When many of our homes were built (1890s or so), the trolleys were running
- on east capitol street, around lincoln park, and up the few blocks to the
trolley turnaround, then back down east capitol on the north side of the
park.
