to help my sister take some PA speakers down to my basement??

I broke my heel bone the night before last - yep - it's called Don Juan
break because you break it jumping from balconies, escaping the wrath of
...well, you know.
So I'm immobilised. My sister is helping me today but she needs help taking
2 speakers and a monitor down the basement stairs, which are outside. The
speakers are heavy and unwieldy, but i have moved them up and down the
stairs in the past.
