[Lincolnparkdc] New Neighbors on KY

Please extend a welcome to new neighbors at 153 Kentucky, Ryan, Jinny, and
their toddler (just about 1 year? Forgot to ask exactly) Chase as well as
their dog Oh-honey (not sure of the punctuation there) who looks like an
Irish wolfhound puppy or miniature! They would like to apologize (not yet
being members here, I've sent them the info) for not knowing they were
supposed to get no-parking signs ahead of time for their moving van which
you may have seen out there on Sunday. They're very nice so keep an eye out
and say hey.
