[Lincolnparkdc] Nannies and their charges

Once again I was in Lincoln Park when a Nanny had let her two 3-4 years old charges roam all the way on the other side of the park from where she was.  A toddler came running after them and while she insisted that she was looking after them, she was MUCH too far away from all three of them! IMO.  Just a heads up.  Mia
