[Lincolnparkdc] Beware of a flasher in the neighborhood

My 22 year-old daughter was walking towards Lincoln Park near the northeast
corner of Mass Ave and 13th Street NE around 11 AM today, when a man in a
parked car called out of his window asked her for directions to the Rhode
Island Ave Metro stop. When she leaned down to answer him through his
passenger side window, he exposed himself.  She ran off and he drove
off. She described him as an African American man in his forties.   She was
too shaken to notice any details about the car, unfortunately.

We informed the police, but they of course have nothing to go on.   All I
can do is pass this information along.
