[Lincolnparkdc] Locally owned pest mangement?

All,

After many years (and excellent service) with once upon a time Innovative Pest (now American Pest), I'm no longer happy with the service. Service is worse and they've increased fees.

Anyone have good experience with a locally owned pest control company? I really miss the Innovative days...
