[Lincolnparkdc] Have you seen Yellow Guy #4?

My plastic safety person at 12th and independence, 4th generation, has been
taken. He has his home address on him and is filled with 30 lbs of gravel.
If you think it’s funny to take these, please note you’re putting small
children, dogs, and the elderly at risk at a dangerous intersection.

Yellow Guy #5 will be standing guard by Friday morning. I pray he’s the
last. I know he’s not.
