[Lincolnparkdc] Survey on the bike lanes.

Dear 6A Neighbors,
DDOT is administering a survey about the effectiveness of the Advisory Bike
Lanes installed in our neighborhood with the goal of getting 300+ responses
from cyclists and 300+ from drivers.

Advisory Bike Lanes were installed in the following locations over the last
few years:

   1. *200-500 Blocks of Tennessee Avenue, NE (from Constitution Ave NE to
   F St NE)*
   2. *E Street, SE (from 11th Street, SE to 17th Street, SE)*
   3. *Twelfth Street, SE (from East Capitol Street to E Street, SE)*
   4. *Kentucky Avenue, SE (from East Capitol Street to Barney Circle)*
