[Lincolnparkdc] One more gofundme question

I think $5,000 is just right for a goal. In other gofundme’s I’ve seen, the goal was secondary to the desire to help the person for whom the money is being collected. If someone sees the goal has not been met yet, they tend to want to give for that reason too, but if the goal is met and even surpassed, people will still contribute, so it works either way.

Subject: [Lincolnparkdc] One more gofundme question

Hi all. Please weigh in on what amount I should set as a target for the campaign. Also, can anyone tell me how this normally works in terms of collecting and transferring the money? Young was already a little nervous about the whole idea -- I'm afraid that if I ask for her social security number and bank account information she'll shut the whole thing down. Is it okay if I just collect the money and give it to her? Can someone who has done this before give me some advice? Thanks! Sarah von der Lippe
