[Lincolnparkdc] Back alley motion sensor lights

Hi all - if you live at 1214, 1216, 1218, or 1220 independence or know who
does, can you please check your alley motion sensor light? It is basically
a strobe light going on and off every few seconds. There’s no motion back
there right now. --
