[Lincolnparkdc] Trash/Recycling bins

Hi everyone!

There is a trash & recycling bin pair on the sidewalk in front of 107/109 Kentucky that's been there since Monday. 

The nearby houses this side of the block appear to all have their sets. Perhaps these belong to someone down the block, across the street, around the corner? Just an FYI in case you are having trouble locating your bins.
