[Lincolnparkdc] Roof Repair Recommendations

Hi all,

We also had a water infiltration problem that wasn’t solved by patching the roof, followed by a whole new roof.  Check the mortar — we found that repointing part of the 2nd story wall and sealing a gap between our house and the neighbor’s solved our problems.
