[Lincolnparkdc] Roof Repair Recommendations

Hi Paul,

I worked with a Serge at Confide Construction.  I am needing to deal with
some external /gutter related issues of my neighbor, but hopefully all will
be fully resolved soon.  They did good interior work, I thought.  Showed
up, texted if they were running late, etc.
