[Lincolnparkdc] Solicitation letter for Nextdoor Eastern Market North

I use Nextdoor all the time. It's a free app, similar to Facebook, but for
neighborhoods to share. Lots of people in our area are on it. You can sell
or give items away or just share what's going on in the neighborhood.
