[Lincolnparkdc] Car Jacking 100 blk Tennessee NE Sunday night

The police who came to my house said they didn’t know if the driver had
left his car running when he delivered the pizza or if he was a forced out
of it.  I think those are very different types of crimes, so it would be
helpful to have some context.
