[Lincolnparkdc] Looking for a furnished apartment: March 25 thru late May

Posting this for a close friend of Andrew's mom:

Andrew, is seeking a short-term housing situation in the DC area, for March
25 through early or late May of 2022.
He is quiet and responsible; he can look after a pet or take care of
plants.
He is looking for the following:
1) No roommates
2) Reasonable rent
3) Fully furnished studio apartment or one bedroom
4) Within walking distance of a grocery store
5) Working internet
6) Time frame: March 25 - early or late May

In Andrew’s words: “I am a quiet writer looking to stay somewhere for a
month or two to decide if I want to live in the DC area where I have
family.”
