[Lincolnparkdc] dog drugged from side walk drug litter.

Dear all, 
My wonderful little dog is doing much better this afternoon.  She finally ate homemade chicken and rice and so far has been able to keep it down but Friendship Hospital did think she had ingested something with Marijuana in it. Marijuana cookie? although they say it’s impossible to know for sure….so many drugs on the streets these days.  It was not a pretty sight though, believe me. Think this is a heads up.
